Virtual and In-Person Mentorship: Tailored Support for Your Professional Growth
I offer personalized mentorship both virtually and in-person, designed to meet you where you are in your journey as a dog trainer or behaviour consultant. Whether you're looking to observe my work with dogs, receive coaching on your own hands-on skills, or get guidance on the cases you're currently working with, these programs provide the practical experience and expert support you need to grow.
Both the virtual and in-person mentorship programs include:
- On-Demand Webinars: Access a library of webinars covering essential topics such as key behaviour concepts, effective handling techniques, classroom management, and consulting skills so you can deepen your knowledge at your own pace.
- One-on-One Mentorship: Personalized sessions that focus on your unique needs and goals, helping you develop the hands-on skills needed for success.
- Access to Mentor and Behaviour Hours: Get direct support and feedback through Dogma Academy’s mentorship and behaviour hours, ensuring you have the resources to grow.
- Online Community Access: Become part of our thriving community of aspiring and working behaviour consultants at Dogma Academy. Share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Both programs are available in 6-week increments, with discounted rates for those who purchase multiple sessions in advance (10% for 12-weeks, 20% for 3-months), allowing for continued growth and deeper mentorship. My next mentorship intakes are starting on February 10th and March 24th.

Virtual Mentorship $595
- Observe Live-Streamed Classes: Access up to 15 hours of live-streamed classes, currently running on Monday nights, where you can observe real-time training and behaviour work.
- One-on-One or Group Mentorship Sessions: Participate in up to 6 hours of live mentorship, either individually or in small group sessions, for personalized guidance and feedback.
- Flexible Learning: Gain insights into handling, coaching, and case work from the comfort of your home, with tailored support for the challenges you're facing.
In-Person Mentorship $995
- In-Person Class Participation: Join us for up to 15 hours of in-person classes, currently running on Monday nights, and observe firsthand how we handle training and behaviour work in a live setting.
- Hands-On Mentorship with Fearful/Reactive Dogs: Get direct, practical experience through 6 hours of one-on-one or group mentorship, working with fearful and reactive dogs at our facility. Learn techniques for managing behaviour in real-time with expert guidance.
- Flexibility for Virtual Coaching: Receive additional support with virtual sessions or virtual live-coaching for dogs you're working with. Perfect for when you need guidance on specific cases or behaviours.
The Fine Print
- Pre-payment and Registration Required: Full payment and registration are required prior to participation.
- No Refunds: Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
- No Make-Up Sessions: We do not offer make-up sessions for live-streamed or in-person classes.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
